Nate Seppala

Nate Seppala is the Manager of Midlin Builders LLC in Taylors SC. He manages the day to day activty from sales and marketing to production and customer relations. Nate has 36 years of Home Building and Constrution experience. Nate started work in 1978 with his dad who owned a general contracting company in NH and Florida and South Carolina. In December 1992 Nate moved with his family to Greenville SC. He worked with and for his dad until 1999 in various positions and locations.   In 1999 Nate formed his own home buiding business with several partners. He along with his partners built that business to a maximum of closing over 500 homes a year. After the housing recession of 2008 Nate wound down operations and worked on various freelance construction projects.   In 2014 Nate was hired on to manage Midlin Builders LLC. Currently Midlin is building custom homes in and around Greenville SC. Nate brings to the table various skills in construction including team building, sales and marketing, and organization of production. He is very focused on customer relations and communication. Nate understands that when someone is making the biggest investment of their lives, "everything matters."   Nate has been happily married to his wife Joan since 1977,  together they have 9 children and 20 grandchildren.   Nate's other interests are self development. He has been to Zig Ziglar's course Born To Win, along with many of Bob Proctors courses and John Maxwell courses on leadership. Nate has spent countless hours reading books and listening to selp help courses on cds. This has spurred his interest into sharing this with anyone who feels a Life Coach or mentor could help improve their life.   Nate is a man of faith. He listens to Jon Courson from Searchlight and Charlie Boyd from Fellowship Greenville, along with many other great biblical teachers weekly. He knows that we are here on earth for a very short time, and we should be ready at all times to profess the hope that lives in us.   Nate's first passion was basketball. Which he played everyday from age 14 to age 30. When he lost his step with basketball, Nate played golf and could hold his own on the golf course.
